Purple floral nails have been one of the most requested ones in the salon I work in lately, so I did a few sets myself. Then I noticed Pinterest trends spike, and girlies are searching for purple flower designs like crazy. So I decided to give my nail queens some much-wanted purple flower nail inspo from nail artists I admire and a few designs I did myself. So ladies prepare to screenshot.
1. Floral French Tips
Simplest designs are always dominant ones. The purple color is rich and royal on its own, so it’s enough to place some flowers in different shades of purple; maybe add a bit of white too and place them on a neutral base, creating their own irregular smile line.
2. Yellow & Purple
Butter yellow French tips with dark purple flowers? Pinterest is going to eat this up, obviously. Start with a glossy sheer pink base, add long almond tips in soft butter yellow, then place the purple floral art slightly off-center so it sits across the French line instead of covering the whole nail.
3. Gold Flake Centers
Pastel purple floral nails are everywhere for a reason: they’re soft, cute, and extra flattering on shorter shapes. Start with a sheer pink base, add a few full pastel purple nails, then scatter pale purple flowers with tiny gold flakes so the design has sparkle but still stays delicate.
4. Gem Flowers.
Thank you, Kylie Jenner and Zola, for the famous Coachella floral gem nails. Variations of them are everywhere now. I love this lavender gel nail take. Go with a sheer rosy-lavender base, short oval shape, and colorful rhinestone flower clusters scattered across the nails.
5. Textured Flowers
White chrome nails with textured purple floral accents are perfect if you want flower nails that look a little more classy. Do a pearly white chrome base first, then add purple petal accents in gel with tiny gold centers on a few nails so the floral art gets the well-deserved spotlight.
6. Polka Dots
One of the designs by little ol’ me. The polka dot nail trend isn’t slowing down, and I feel like we don’t have enough purple designs. So, do your Frenchies in dark purple and add white polka dots. Place sculpted purple flowers only on the accent nails, and you’ll fall in love with this mani instantly.
7. Mix & Match
This purple floral summer mani is doing the most, and honestly, I respect it. Ask for long almond nails with mixed purple tips, marble details, hibiscus-style flowers, gold charms, shells, stars, rhinestones, and glossy pink shimmer bases – basically vacation nails with a full Pinterest agenda.
8. Light Pink French
Light pink French tips are cute already, but these oversized purple and hot-pink flowers make the whole set way more unique. Ask for a glossy sheer pink base, soft pink almond tips, and petal art placed diagonally across a few nails, with thin stems and tiny dark dots inside the petals for that hand-painted detail.
9. Purple Pansies
Milky white nails with purple pansies are such a chic pick if you want floral nail art that still looks very beauty-editorial. Go with a glossy white base, short square shape, soft watercolor-style purple petals, and tiny gold centers for that pressed-flower finish.
10. Marble Florals

Ok, I was obsessing over purple marble florals, so I jumped at the opportunity to paint them. Go with a sheer blush base and a few solid lilac nails, then add soft purple petal clusters with a marble effect and tiny light-catching centers.
11. Dark Purple
Dark purple mix-and-match nails are salon-request bait, and I mean that respectfully. Go with glossy almond nails, purple solids, neutral bases, gold chrome waves, floral French tips, and one statement petal nail so the set has range but still stays in the same color family.
12. Pearl Centers
Lilac and milky pink is such a good spring-to-summer pairing, especially on oval nails. Start with a few full lilac nails, then add milky pink accent nails with tiny dot flowers and pearl centers for that sweet little detail people always zoom in on.
13. Chrome Nails
Light purple chrome already wins the lighting test, so the tiny white half-floral accents are a smart move. Ask for almond nails with a sheer lavender chrome finish, then place the white petals near the sidewall or cuticle area so the shine still gets plenty of room.
14. Buddleia Flowers
Purple buddleia flowers on a milky white base? So pretty and very salon-board coded right now. Ask for almond nails, a soft milky base, fine green leaves, tiny purple flower clusters, and a few white butterfly accents.
15. Outlined Flowers
Purple floral outlines are so DIY-friendly and so cute. I love nail artist Paula’s simple take: pastel purple. French tips, half-floral outlines drawn with a nail art pen, and tiny silver centers for a pretty, easy floral mani.
16. Blooming Gel Flower
These fig-purple-shaded blooming gel nails are the coolest way to do floral nails right now. Start with a milky pink base, add darker purple French tips on a few nails, then use blooming gel for those airy flower petals and snake prints, do sculpted flowers on other nails and leave thum and pinky in textured tips with a pearl.
17. Cat-Eye Mani
White cat-eye nails with purple flowers are for the floral girlies who are all about that shimmer. Start with a pearly white magnetic base, then add purple hand-painted flowers on a few accent nails with tiny gold centers for a set that looks very bridal, very spring, and very booked-out nail artist.
18. Micro French

Micro French tips are one of the hottest 2026 nail trends, and this version is super cute for short nails, and I’m not just saying that because I created this set. It’s super DIY-friendly, especially since I used floral nail stickers for this one.
19. Dried Flowers
Purple dried flowers on a milky base are perfect for my minimalist nail girlies who want a quieter design. Start with short square nails; use a pale milky-pink gel, then press in tiny purple dried flower pieces on a few nails and pair them with solid lilac accents.
20. Lavender Bouquet
Milky purple and neutral nails with tiny lavender bouquet accents. Very Pinterest, very spring appointment. Go with a sheer pink base, a few full milky-lilac nails, and fine purple floral sprigs with green leaves placed near the tips for that delicate garden mani effect.
Purple floral nails clearly have range: soft lilac French tips, glossy chrome, dried flowers, 3D petals, and darker violet details all bring a different angle to the trend. Save your favorites, bring them to your next nail appointment, and pick the design that matches your spring or summer mani mood best.
